Fantastic life coach and human being! My life has changed for the better since being coached by Tony. I came to Tony... when my self esteem was at an all time low and as a result of his coaching I believe in myself a lot more. He encouraged and supported me to try things I would not normally do and to come out of my comfort zone. I've done a few group seminars, and some one to one sessions and courses with Tony over a few years now, and I can't... recommend him highly enough. He is such a wonderful listener, very empathic and insightful, and seemed to know just how and what to ask to get to the root of some very troubling, long term issues, and how to help me to find ways of dealing with them. He is a very special person and has been instrumental in helping me, and many others I'm sure, find solutions to creating lasting changes, and ultimately, a vastly improved lifestyle.read more

Tony is an exceptional human being, he is one of the most thoughtful and caring people I have ever met. Besides that,... he is a very talented coach and counsellor. I'd spent years focusing on problems and I thought I'd looked at them from every conceivable angle, however, Tony has this gift of making you think of things from a whole new perspective. He brings the focus back to ourselves and in doing so allows us to free ourselves from the shackles of our problems and gives us back the control. If you have any area of your life that you would like to improve but somethings holding you back, then I cannot recommend anybody more highly.read more
